Thinking about receiving a treatment at one of our Theta locations?  Here are some helpful tips from our team to help ensure a smooth and pleasurable visit.

  • What time should I arrive? Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled treatment start time in order to fill out intake forms and get acquainted with the space. Please notify us ASAP if you are running late. We do have a tea lounge for you to relax and enjoy, both pre- and post-treatment.

  • At which location did I schedule my appointment? The location information will be confirmed to you at appointment booking, and also by both text and email 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. We are not responsible if an appointment is scheduled at one location, but you arrive at the other.

  • I have an injury or condition. What should I do? First and foremost, consult your doctor and get the proper clearance prior to receiving treatment. We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Secondly, please contact our spa concierge by phone or email to note your condition or injury prior to arrival in case a reschedule is required. Please also note on your intake paperwork, mention to the reception staff, and also to your therapist upon arrival so they may offer modifications to suit.

  • Do you have showers? We have showers available at our West End location at our adjoining yoga studio space, The Yoga Dojo. Please let reception know if you would like to shower, and we can provide you with a towel and robe. We do not have showers available at our Woodlake location.

  • Do you offer gift cards? Yes! You can purchase in any denomination for our West End location HERE, and our Woodlake location HERE. Gift cards are NOT interchangeable between our West End and Woodlake Theta Wellness locations. Gift cards purchased for our West End location only can also be used at The Yoga Dojo.

  • What is your cancellation policy? All treatments can be rescheduled 24+ hours prior to the service commencement time. If it is within 24 hours, or if you no-show to the appointment, you will be charged for the full service. Thanks so much for your understanding.
