Thinking about receiving a treatment at Theta?  Here are some helpful tips from our team to help ensure a smooth and pleasurable visit.

  • What time should I arrive? Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled treatment start time in order to fill out intake forms and get acquainted with the space. Please notify us ASAP if you are running late. We do have a tea lounge for you to relax and enjoy, both pre- and post-treatment.

  • I have an injury or condition. What should I do? First and foremost, consult your doctor and get the proper clearance prior to receiving treatment. We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Secondly, please note your condition or injury on your intake paperwork, mention to the reception staff, and also to your therapist so they may offer modifications to suit.

  • Do you have showers? Yes! We have showers available in our adjoining studio space at The Yoga Dojo. Please let reception know if you would like to shower, and we can provide you with a towel and robe.

  • Do you offer gift cards? Yes! You can purchase in any denomination HERE. Gift cards are interchangeable between The Yoga Dojo and Theta Wellness.

  • What is your cancellation policy? All treatments can be rescheduled 24+ hours prior to the service commencement time. If it is within 24 hours, or if you no-show to the appointment, you will be charged for the full service. Thanks so much for your understanding.
